The four Carnegie Museums work to make our facilities and experiences accessible to all visitors. So please call us to let us know how we can help make your visit more comfortable and enjoyable.

To request specific accommodations, please contact the museum that you’ll be visiting at least two weeks in advance of visiting the museum or participating in special tours, classes/camps, and other activities.

For questions about wheelchairs, strollers, or other programmatic or equipment needs, please contact Visitor Services at the respective museum information desk, or call the museum in advance.

If you have a concern about accessibility at any of our museums, please contact Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh’s Accessibility Coordinator. Call 412.622.6578 during weekday hours, or email us at

Read the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh Notification/Resolution Procedure under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
