Journey to the heart of Paris, virtually! Barbara Tucker, Director, Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh Travel Program, invites you to a virtual cooking class at the renowned cooking school La Cuisine Paris with a French chef!

Ever wanted to learn how to make a perfect soufflé? Here’s your chance! During the class the group will learn to make a Chocolate Soufflé with a Caramel au Beurre Sale Sauce.

Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh Travel Program features tailored trips for small groups and offers private access to venues not open to the public. Many trips feature cooking classes as a part of the cultural immersion experience. The Carnegie Museums Travel Program is thrilled to be journeying back to France virtually for another opportunity to learn about French cuisine.

Prior to the cooking class, attendees will receive the recipes with a list of ingredients and equipment. To participate in the class, please have the items required at the ready for the class
