Shop Creatively and Save

On Sunday, November 25, more than 900 Museum Stores around the world—including the four Carnegie Museum stores—will offer inspired shopping experiences at a special 25% discount. It’s Museum Store Sunday, a new annual shopping holiday (think Black Friday and Small Business Saturday) with a focus on the inspired gifts and relaxed shopping experiences offered by museums.

In honor of Museum Store Sunday, Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History, The Andy Warhol Museum, and Carnegie Science Center will offer a 25% discount on most store merchandise throughout the day. Shoppers can visit the stores with or without museum admission. Among the products you’ll find there are scarves, socks, and other wearable items that feature some of the museums’ most popular artworks and personalities—among them, Monet’s Water Lilies, Warhol’s cow print, Dippy the dinosaur, and Andy the robot—as well as one-of-a-kind decorative arts items for the home. Shoppers can expect the unexpected, too: from a Leonardo da Vinci watch that tells time backwards to an Andy Warhol coloring book.

Remember: there’s no museum admission needed to shop, and each purchase supports the missions of the museums.
