The Miniature Railroad & Village® has been a popular Pittsburgh tradition for over 50 years, and the phrase "something for everyone" has never fit better! You'll recognize familiar scenes and buildings from southwestern Pennsylvania and be fascinated by the artistry and detail. New this year, recapture the magic of baseball at Forbes Field with a dramatic new hand-crafted model that took more than two years to build.

Widely recognized as the most detailed exhibit of its kind, the Miniature Railroad & Village® immerses visitors young and old in life as it looked at the turn of the last century. It was a time of dramatic changes when Pittsburgh was known as the "forge of the nation," the "workplace of the world," and the country's center of technology and industry.

The Miniature Railroad & Village® is a unique and highly imaginative educational experience, and a centerpiece for classes, activities and fun family events.
