Learn about globular clusters, nebulas and planets when you see them with your own eyes. Come to SkyWatch at the Henry Buhl, Jr. Observatory and get up-close and personal with amazing celestial objects. Our 16-inch Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope shows you great detail of the planets. Best of all, our expert stargazers can explain exactly what you’re seeing. You can’t do this at home!

Observing takes place only if skies are clear.

Call the SkyWatch Hotline
at 412.237.3327 the night of the session for the latest information.
